				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In Dar es Saalam members of the local LGBT community will mark IDAHOT 2016 by launching the country&#8217;s first National Transgender Forum. The event, organised by local trans and LGB activists, will hope to tackle discrimination surrounding Tanzania&#8217;s trans community, while also providing an important opportunity for cooperation and creative outlet.</p>
<p>As well as discussion and workshops the day will also end with an after party and competition to find the country&#8217;s first &#8220;Mr and Mrs&#8221; trans champions.</p>
<p>Due to security concerns exact details of the event and location are currently secret. More updates will be shared when they are made publicly available.</p>
