IDAHOTB DAHOT International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia

The main activities of the 9th International Anti-Homophobia Meeting will take place in Ankara on May 17th and 18th and end with “the March against Homophobia” on May 18th. All the events will be held at Ankara University and include speakers Tamara Adrian, Prof. Dr. Samim Akgül, Kürşad Kahramanoğlu and Jack Halberstam.

In Bucharest, there will be the party Tomb♀y #3 – IDAHOT on May 17 to celebrate the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia.

The Lobby Alliance for LGBT Human Rights has planned an event on May 17 to remember all the victims of Homophobia and Transphobia with the demonstration ‘From the Grave to the World’.

The organisation Samtökin ’78 is preparing activities for IDAHOBIT under the theme ‘Do Queer Votes Count?’.

The organisation SASOD Guyana has been organising a series of events as part of the activities planned for the week of May 17.
