The International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia in Lebanon will be celebrated as a whole day on Saturday May 17, 2014.

In Spain, numerous groups and organisations are preparing for the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia in various cities and provinces, including Valladolid, Valencia, Madrid and Alicante.

Bolivia will see a series of events around May 17. The LGBT collective organisation will have activities from May 15 to May 17, including a big march and the organisation ADESPROC LIBERTAD GLBT is organising a photography exhibition SEXUALIDAD PACEÑA in La Paz.

The first IDAHOT-vigil in the Netherlands will be celebrated in Amsterdam and will be an hour to commemorate and to give hope to the victims of worldwide violence based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

The organisation UNIDI in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is in the midst of organising the 2nd LGBTH University Forum in the context of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia.
