In Lima LGBT activists protested outside the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice to protest their exclusion from the National Human Rights Plan.

Medio centenar de activistas lGBT de Lima se reunieron frente a la sede del Ministerio de Justicia en Miraflores para protestar por haber sido excluidos del Plan Nacional de Derechos Humanos. Durante la protesta hiceron entrega en mesa de partes del Ministerio de más de 1.500 cartas y 1.200 firmas electrónicas recogidas ante el anuncio de que los derechos LGBT no se considerarian en el plan por ser un asunto controversial.
